Participate in the Creation of Action NFTs

To get started, influencers may contact HU Global Company via email or Instagram direct message (DM). Our team will provide guidance on eligibility, licensing, and next steps.

Step 1. Contact HU Global Company

After initial contact, the influencer enters into an Action Data license agreement online with HU Global Company. This agreement defines how the Action Data may be licensed and used.

Step 2. Online License Agreement

Once the license agreement is completed, the influencer provides the relevant video content to HU Global Company. Existing content or newly created videos may be used.

Step 3. Provide Your Video Content

HU Global Company may publish the provided video content on the Company’s official Instagram account to introduce the influencer’s actions and the related Action Data NFT.

Step 4. Public Release on Official Instagram

HU Global Company provides licensed access to Action Data derived from an influencer’s actions. The Action Data NFT: • is not an investment product; • does not transfer ownership of the data; • represents licensed access to data usage, governed by platform terms and conditions.

Step 5. Action Data NFT Issuance

The influencer agrees to promote: the released video content content provided by HU Global Company, through their own social media channels. The specific methods and conditions of promotion are defined in a separate individual agreement.

Step 6. Promotion by the Influencer

When an Action Data NFT is used within the Platform: usage is transparently recorded as Usage Units, and contribution-based benefits (such as robot product discounts) may be provided. These benefits are utility-based, not investment returns.

Step 7. Usage Tracking & Contribution-Based Benefits

Action Data Announcement

These Terms of Service and Action Data License Agreement (the “Terms”) govern the use of services provided by HU Global Company (the “Company”),

which do not operates the Physical AI Action Data Exchange .

These Terms set forth the conditions for the licensing, use, and trading of Physical AI– ready Action Data made available through the Non-profit corporation.

Which is not an investment platform, not a securities offering, and not a profit-sharing system.

Article 1. Purpose

1. All intellectual property rights in Action Data remain with the applicable Data Provider.

2. Data Users receive only a limited, non- exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license within the permitted scope.

Article 2. Ownership and Rights 1

1. Action Data refers to data in its original form prior to being processed into robot data.

Processed robot data derived from such Action Data shall be owned by the Non-profit Corporation.

2. Data usage fees paid by Data Users shall be charged for the use of Action Data and/or processed robot data, as applicable.

1. Usage rules, pricing, and discounts may vary by data domain.

2. Separate written agreements prevail over examples herein.

Article 3. Domain-Specific Terms

1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

2. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in the United States.

Article 4. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

1.Public-Interest Mission.

This Platform and the business operated by the Non- profit Corporation. are conducted for the public-interest purpose of realizing the ideal of Metaverse Democracy, promoting open, participatory, and decentralized access to Physical AI action data.

2. Non-Profit Orientation of the

Operator.

Economic benefits generated

through the Platform may accrue to or be distributed among users, consumers, data providers, donors, contributors, or business partners.

3.Use of Revenue.

Any revenue or economic value generated shall be used solely for maintaining and expanding the Platform, and advancing the public-interest mission described herein.

4.Limitation on Amendment of Terms.

These Terms may be amended only when such

amendment is necessary to further or protect the non-profit, public-interest purpose described in this Article.

No amendment shall be made for the purpose of enabling private profit, investment returns, or financial gain for the Non-profit Corporation.
